This Modern Slavery Report (the “Report”) addresses the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, and has been prepared in compliance with the Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act (the “Act”).
This Report is made on behalf of three affiliated entities: Oatey Canada Supply Chain Services Co., G.F. Thompson Company ULC, and Tubular Industries of Canada ULC (collectively, “Oatey Canada” “we”, “us” or “our”).
