Overview

This case study highlights the integration of Bélanger’s premium fixtures within a landmark high-rise in Toronto’s Yorkville district. The selected combination of SOU12TCP, SYM015CP, and SLM77CP fixtures supports a cohesive, high-end aesthetic across 617 units, aligning with the project’s ultra-prime positioning.

Product Performance

The SOU12TCP lavatory faucet delivers a maximum flow rate of 4.5 L/min (1.2 GPM) at 60 psi, ensuring water efficiency without compromising usability. The SLM77CP kitchen faucet provides a higher flow rate of 6.8 L/min (1.8 GPM) at 60 psi, supporting enhanced functionality for daily kitchen tasks, with integrated stream and spray options via a push-button diverter and volume control.

Certifications & Compliance

All three faucets are ADA and CUPc certified, supporting accessibility requirements within a multi-unit residential environment. The SOU12TCP in addition is Water Sense certified and aligns with LEED requirements. Combined with low-flow performance across fixtures, the product selection aligns with modern efficiency and compliance standards.

Installation Advantages

The SOU12TCP is designed for compatibility with the 12RBR rough-in, enabling streamlined installation and consistency across units. Both the SOU12TCP and SLM77CP feature durable ceramic cartridges (FC9M6) and are backed by a limited lifetime warranty, supporting long-term reliability. The SLM77CP also incorporates Klik Connect technology, simplifying installation and reducing time on site.
