Before

This home was originally built approximately 25 years ago and has always carried a rustic, timeless character. About five years ago, the powder room was renovated to refresh the space, but the homeowner always felt there was still one element missing.

When they came across this faucet, it immediately felt like the finishing touch. The design tied perfectly into the existing style of the home and the powder room, which blends classic, rustic and timeless details. The homeowner fell in love with the faucet because it felt distinctive, functional and completely in line with the overall character of the space.

After

The faucet became the feature that brought the powder room together.

The space already had a strong design direction, but this piece added an extra layer of personality and craftsmanship. It complements the rustic and timeless feel of the room while also introducing something unexpected and memorable. Rather than feeling like a standard fixture, the faucet feels like part of the design story. It adds character, function and visual interest without overpowering the room.

For a powder room, especially, where small details can make a big impact, this faucet was the perfect finishing element.

The installation process was smooth for King’s Mill Construction, and the faucet immediately stood out as both a functional piece and a design feature. From a trades perspective, it was exciting to see something so different from a typical fixture. The built-in timepiece gives the faucet a unique quality that makes it feel custom and elevated.

Functionally, it works beautifully in the space, while visually, it adds a level of detail that guests notice right away. It is rare to see a faucet that feels this practical and this creative at the same time.
